By this application, a joint request has been made for extension of time for deciding the arbitral proceedings pending between the parties. On the earlier occasion, time was extended till 28.02.2019 by an order dated 07.08.2018. It is stated that the evidence of the parties is already over and the stage is set for hearing the final arguments. Time is therefore sought till 30.09.2020 for passing the award. Considering the stage at which the present proceedings are pending, time for passing the arbitral is extended till 30th of June 2020. Civil Application is disposed of.
