Order Criminal Application No.146/2015 is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of applicants to apply for discharge before trial Court since charge-sheet has been filed. If application for discharge is filed by the applicants, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously.

The fee payable to learned Counsel appointed for respondent no.2 is quantified as rupees fifteen hundred.
