DATED : APRIL 8, 2020 Heard Mr. Mardikar, learned Senior Counsel for applicants and Mr.Maldhure, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State. Also perused the reply filed on behalf of the investigating officer and the First Information Report. The applicants were are arrested for an offence punishable under Section 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908. The investigation is in progress and charge-sheet is yet to be filed.

In the circumstances, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned Senior Counsel for applicants would submit that applicants be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to them to file an application for regular bail, after filing of the charge-sheet. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file an application before the appropriate Court, after filing of the charge-sheet. JUDGE kahale
