By the Pursis dated 15/07/2025, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Vishnoo Mittal Vs. Shakti Trading Company [2025 SCC OnLine SC 558] wherein it has ruled that in case if the moratorium is imposed before the cause of action for initiating proceedings under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, then the Directors of the company cannot be prosecuted, as due to imposition of moratorium, the directors of the company are no more in charge of the affairs of the company and as

In view of that, learned Counsel the petitioner seeking withdrawal of all the petitions.
