By the present application, the applicant intends to bring on record subsequent events.

Having gone through the application and documents annexed thereto, we find that subsequent events are relevant to decide the application.

Accordingly and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed as prayed for. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO. 857/2019 1.

Heard for some time. It appears that the Investigating Officer has reached a conclusion that the applicants' school has shown admissions of the students, who were not existing. Accordingly, charge-sheet is filed for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The learned APP shall take instructions as to the basis on which such inference is drawn. The basis, as such, should be the part of charge-sheet, however we could not lay out hands to it.
