DATE : 25 th FEBRUARY, 2020 This family court appeal was admitted on 18/01/2018. On 22/06/2018, twelve months' time was granted for filing private paper-book, failing which, costs of Rs.500/- was ordered to be paid to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.
02] In the meanwhile, earlier Counsel of the appellant was replaced by the appellant by the present Counsel Shri Mohammad Ateeque. He submits that the appellant has already deposited the costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Bar Association and he is having the receipt showing the payment of costs. His statement is accepted.
03] He submits that the private paper-book is now ready and permission will be required from this Court, since the time of 12 months granted on earlier occasion to file private paper-book, has been expired.
fca.28.18 2/2 04] In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to file the private paper-book with the Registry within a period of 10 days from today.
05] Place this appeal for final hearing as per it's seniority.
