Nothing survives in this application insofar as applicant 1 Ramesh Chandrabhan Bharsakale is concerned since he surrendered and is granted regular bail by the Magistrate. Insofar as applicant 2 Ashwin who is the son of applicant 1 is concerned, he is a student and is aspiring to join the Armed Forces. The applicant 2 has no adverse antecedent and the role which is attributed to him in the incident is extremely limited. In this view of the matter, applicant 2 is entitled to pre-arrest protection.

Pre-arrest protection granted to applicant 2 vide order dated 5-3-2021 is made absolute with the only

2 aba 134.2021 modification that till filing of the charge-sheet, the applicant 2 shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. 4.

The application is disposed of.
