By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking refund of cash surety of Rs. 25,000/- deposited in the Court.

Now, the appellant has already acquitted by this Court by judgment and order dated 31/07/2023. Nothing is on record to show that this order is challenged by the State before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

In view of that, the cash surety of Rs. 25,000/-, deposited by the appellant, be refunded to the appellant on due identification and verification.

The criminal application is disposed of.
