WRIT PETITION NO.975/2020 2] The petitioners undertake to deposit an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Lakhs) out of the overdue amount of Rs.34,78,557/- (Rs. Thirty Four Lakhs Seventy Eight Thousand Five Fifty Seven) within a period of two weeks from today with respondent No.3. The petitioner shall continue to pay monthly instalment

wp975.20202.odt of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs) on or before 10th of every month. On these conditions, there shall be stay to the possession of the petitioners over the property in question.

3] If the amount as aforesaid is not deposited, the interim order passed by this Court shall stand vacated and the respondent No.3 shall be at liberty to take possession of the property.

4] Put up this matter on 19.3.2020.
