This matter is called out at 4.50 p.m. Shri V.K. Paliwal, advocate appearing for the non-applicant / respondent No.1 states that he is not able to assist the Court as the copy of the civil application is not served on him.

By this application, the applicant / petitioner prays that the inadvertent error which occurred in the last paragraph on the first page of the order dated 26th December, 2016 regarding the date of order passed by the Mamlatdar be corrected. It is pointed out that instead of "26th December 2016" it should be "22nd September 2017". The submission made on behalf of the applicant / petitioner is proper and there is apparent error as pointed out in the civil application.

2 wp7882.17 Hence the office is directed to substitute "22nd September 2017" in place of "26 th December 2016" in the last paragraph on first page of the order dated th December 2017.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
