By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgement and Award passed by the Member Accident Claims Tribunal, Washim in Claim Petition No. 30/2018.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within six weeks, the effect, operation, execution and

(2) 39.caf.691.2023 implementation of the award passed by the Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Washim in Claim Petition No.13/2018 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within the above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of.
