This is an application seeking to review of the order dated 17.02.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.729 of 2020 by which the petition was dismissed on account of inordinate delay of 14 years approaching to this Court for compassionate appointment.

Learned Counsel appearing for the review applicant would submit that during meantime there were multiple communications, which were also tendered on record. Earlier the petitioner was unable to convince the Court. It reveals from the submission that there is no new material nor any ground to review our own order. The submission relates to the rehearing of the matter, which is not permissible under the limited jurisdiction vested while exercising the powers of review.

In view of that applications carries no merit, hence dismissed. No order as to costs.
