ATED : 8th March, 2021 This is an application seeking extension of interim order dated 1.11.2007 granted earlier by this Court. Learned Advocate for respondent no.2 does not object for the same. In view thereof, the interim order dated 1.11.2007 is hereby continued until further orders. The Civil Application is disposed of. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective parties submit that the matter be referred for mediation as there is every possibility of an amicable settlement and also recommended the name of Mr. S.V. Purohit, Advocate as mediator. In the circumstances, High Court Legal Service SubCommittee, Nagpur to take steps and appoint above-named Advocate as mediator, The parties shall appear before the learned mediator on 25th March, 2021 at 2.00 p.m.

Stand over after four weeks for interim mediation report.
