Heard Shri A.A. Naik, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner.

Shri R.S. Khobragade, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Shri P.S. Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent No. 8 state that they have not received the copy of civil application. However, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner/ applicant, we find that the subsequent events are sought to be brought on record. As such, without prejudice to the rights of the respondents, we allow the civil application. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

Liberty to the respondents to file their additional reply/ affidavit, within a further period of two weeks. Civil Application is disposed of.
