Heard Ms Rathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Barabdhe, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State. Both the learned counsel for the respective parties submit that during the pendency of the present application, the investigating agency has filed charge-sheet.

In view of this, it is the submission of Ms Rathi, learned counsel that, permission be granted to the applicant to withdraw this application and to file bail application afresh before the trial Court in view of the subsequent filing of the charge-sheet.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application, afresh along with charge-sheet. The learned Judge, before whom the application will be filed, shall decide the said, in accordance with law.
