DATED : 15 SEPT., 2015 The petition has been filed praying for quashing of First Information Report lodged by complainant/respondent No.2 Sunita w/o Anil Kalkar for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the reply filed on behalf of the State it would reveal that there is no material to proceed against the applicants and as such the State proposes to file "A" Summary. In that view of the matter, application is disposed of on technical default and on the statement made in affidavit-in-reply that the State proposes to file "A' Summary.
