Shri M.N. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent event that occurred i.e. registration of crime, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. He submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Magistrate for release of vehicle in question. Prayer accepted. Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Magistrate.
