By this application, the applicant is seeking to quash and set aside the First Information Report bearing Crime No.0999/2019 registered with Police Station Wani, district Yavatmal, against the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.
