The accused are convicted for offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years.

In view of the nature of evidence, particularly the medical evidence I am inclined to suspend the substantive sentence.

The substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the appeal.

Bail as in Trial Court.
