LPA St. No. 3983/2013 The letters patent appeal is taken up for final hearing. Perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has found that there was no material placed before the Tribunal to show that petitioner was appointed for two years and had completed probation period satisfactorily.

The learned Single Judge has found that there is a delay of almost 13 years in filing the appeal which is not

lpa st.3983-13.odt adequately explained. The learned Single Judge further found that there was no material to show that petitioner had worked at least for two years with the respondent no. 2. Hence, no perversity or illegality is noticed in the order impugned. The Letters Patent Appeal is therefore rejected.
