CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.3715/2018 Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. Shri D.N.Kukday, learned counsel for the applicant/ appellant has submitted that the entire amount of compensation will be deposited within four weeks and prays that the execution of impugned order be stayed.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant /appellant, permission is granted to deposit the entire amount of compensation within four weeks. The impugned judgment and award dated 24/02/2017 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldhana in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.135/2010 is hereby stayed, until further order. Civil application is allowed.
