Six residents of village Kakda have filed this Petition claiming that Respondent No.1 who is the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat, Kakda has constructed an unauthorized construction. 2.

Unauthorized construction by elected person has its consequences; for that a remedy is available. Petitioners have

19-W.P.No.1829.2022.odt already moved the statutory authority on that count. It is not possible for us to prejudge the issue as there may be a issue of bonafides of the Petitioners. Therefore, appropriate course of action would be to let the statutory authority, to whom the complaint is made, to decide the issue and pass the necessary orders as per law.
