Vide impugned order dated 19.06.2024 the prayer of the petitioner for grant of furlough is rejected.

The ground of rejection is though the petitioner is allotted the work, he is not discharging the same properly.

But for the report, there is no material in the form of memo or otherwise to infer such default on the part of the petitioner. 5.

That being so, the order impugned dated 19.06.2024 is quashed and set aside.

We direct the petitioner to be admitted to furlough for the period of 21 days on such terms and conditions as the Authority may deem fit. 7.

The aforesaid order granting furlough is passed having regard to the fact that all the other parameters are in favour of the petitioner. 8.
