It appears that record of the proceedings was not properly maintained and, therefore, the learned Judge/s then dealing with the suit has/have not sought extension of time to dispose of the suit. It further appears that certain old matters have been transferred to the Court and the learned Judge is also required to deal with other time bound suits. In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the letter, time to decide the suit is extended by six months, as requested. Convey accordingly.
