This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 9 days in filing the appeal against award dated 17.10.2019, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Akola, in MACP No.37/2017.

Mr. Fule, learned counsel for the appellant has drawn attention of this Court to paragraph 2 in support of his contention.

The respondents, though served, are not represented. Considering that the delay is of only 9 days and considering that appellant is a transport Prity

Let the appeal be registered.

Let the appeal be registered within a period of two weeks.
