By this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Akola.

The appellant has already deposited the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

In view of that the effect, implementation and execution of the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Akola in M.A.C.P. No.37/2017 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
