Present application is for condonation of delay of 103 days, which is caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 02.09.2022 passed by the Commissioner Under the Employee's Compensation Act, i.e. 3rd Labour Court, Nagpur. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks. CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.1144 OF 2023.

By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 02.09.2022 passed by the Employee's Compensation Act.

Mr Bhat, learned Advocate for appellant submitted that the entire compensation amount alongwith accrued interest is already deposited before the Commissioner i.e. Labour Court, Nagpur. 5.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate Mr Bhat, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 02.09.2022 passed by the TAMBE
