This is an application filed by the applicant - Power of Attorney Holder/respondent No.1 for modification of order dated 02.12.2024.

The applicant/respondent No.1 has stated that the order was passed on 02.12.2024 for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellants and this Court allowed respondent No.1 to withdraw 75% amount (50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety). It is submitted that the applicant is unable to furnish solvent surety, however, he is ready to furnish solvent security. Hence, he prayed to allow him to furnish solvent security of the said amount.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The applicant/respondent No.1 is allowed to furnish solvent security instead of solvent surety for 25% amount.
