By this application, the applicant has sought condonation of 11 days delay in filing appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

By this application, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 seek permission to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company. 16.
In light of the reasons stated in the application, the applicants/respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereon as per the shares specified in Clause (iii) of operative part of the impugned judgment.

Civil Application No.05 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
