The challenge raised in these writ petitions is to the Government Resolution dated 24.08.2018 requiring the petitioners to clear the Teachers Eligibility Test. It is submitted that the Division Bench at Aurangabad had dismissed the writ petitions raising a similar challenge. Against that order, the petitioners therein had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and in those matters an order of status quo has been passed.

Considering the fact that the challenge is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it will be open for the petitioners to raise any grievance only after the proceedings are decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It may be noted that since the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed to maintain status quo that order would enure to the benefit of similar situated teachers such as the petitioners though they have not approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
