Present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Commissioner under the Employee's Compensation Act, 2nd Labour Court, Nagpur in E.C.A. No. (B)-10/2018. 2.

Learned Advocate Mr. Bhatt submitted that entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest is already deposited. In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned
