In view of the common ground, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent 2-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Region, Amravati to decide the representation dated 21-2-2022 (Annexure-F) as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within four weeks from the date of appearance of the parties. 3.

The petitioner and the representative of the management may appear before the concerned officer at 11-00 a.m. on 06-3-2023.
