This is an application seeking leave to withdraw the present proceedings.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the respondent was not appearing in other proceedings with regard to maintenance before the Court at Jalgaon, under frustration, she filed the instant application.

Today, the applicant as well as the respondent are present before this Court in-person. In order to explore the possibilities of settlement, they are ready to appear before the Mediator for

906CAO 211.2021 mediation process as directed by this Court vide order dated 10/02/2021.

In this view of the matter, leave as prayed for is granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
