DATE : April 04, 2016 Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. Reasons for delay are mentioned in paragraphs 3 to 5 of the application. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants on the ground that the reasons assigned are not sufficient. However, considering the averments made in paragraphs 3 to 5, it does not appear that delay as caused is deliberate. Hence the delay stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of. F.A. St. No.4125 of 2015.
