Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

This application is filed for condonation of 21 days delay caused in preferring appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed by the learned trial Court of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The learned counsel for the respondent has opposed the application.

For the grounds mentioned in the application and apparently since it is found that there is no intentional delay caused in filing the appeal, same is condoned. The application stands disposed of as allowed.
