DATED : 25/02/2019 It is not in dispute that the respondent nos. 2 to 5 (employees) are reinstated as per the impugned order. The respondent no. 2 seeks early hearing of the petition on the ground that pay fixation is not done. It is not in dispute that the respondent nos. 2 to 5 are getting regular salary. Considering the pendency of the writ petitions of earlier years and the facts of the present case, prayer for grant of early hearing of the writ petition is rejected at this stage. The civil application is dismissed with liberty to the respondents to apply for early hearing after one year. JUDGE Ansari
