This application is filed for condonation of 21 days' delay caused in preferring appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed by the trial court thereby acquitting the respondent of the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
For the grounds mentioned in the application, it is apparent that there is no intentional delay caused in filing the appeal. Hence, delay is condoned.
