By this application, the appellants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of interest which is accrued on the principal amount. They have already withdrawn the principal amount.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and as the appeal is already disposed of, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount of accrued interest 4.

The Registry is directed to transfer the amount of accrued interest in the respective accounts of the appellants. 5.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that recently the verification has been carried out. Registry to verify whether fresh verification is required or not?. If the verification is not required, transfer the amount to their respective accounts. Civil application is disposed of.
