DATE : February 28, 2017 By present application, the claimants seek permission to withdraw further amount of compensation. Copy of the application has been served on learned counsel for the appellant.

By order dated 29/04/2015 the claimants were permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- In the present application, the reasons for seeking further withdrawal are stated in paragraph 7 of the application. Considering said fact, claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- subject to filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. Civil application is disposed of.
