This is an application for speaking to minutes of order dated 10th February, 2021. By the said order, this Court had disposed of the appeal based on the joint Pursis filed by the parties. As per the joint Pursis, the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 were permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- along with proportionate interest accrued thereon.

Learned Counsel for the respective parties submit that in the joint Pursis, the word 'thereon' was wrongly typed instead of ' on'

.

Both parties state that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- along with interest accrued on an amount of Rs.12,90,529/-.

In the light of the said statement, necessary corrections be made in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the order dated 10th February, 2021 the word 'thereon' be replaced with the word 'on an amount of Rs.12,90,529/-'.
