The present application is filed seeking dismissal of the appeal on account of non compliance of the order dated 04.07.2018 whereby the appellant was directed to deposit certain amount with this Court. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the amount is deposited in compliance of the order dated 04.07.2018 on 17.03.2023. Office note dated 18.03.2023 indicates that the amount of Rs.75,31,267/- is deposited by the appellant. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 does not press the application.
