Registration of Contempt Petition St.
No.1743/2024 came to be refused, in view of failure on the part of petitioner to remove office objections, in compliance with the order dated 11/03/2024, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). The said order is challenged in the present application.

Perusal of the application would demonstrate that the contempt is with respect to non-compliance of the order passed with respect to pension of the petitioner. The petitioner is an ex-serviceman. It is stated that despite instructions by the Advocate, the clerk of the Advocate did not take proper steps for removal of office objections.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 11/03/2024, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. Contempt Petition St. No.1743/2024 is
31. MCA 585 of 2025.odt restored, subject to condition that all office objections will be positively removed on or before 14/11/2025, failing which, the contempt petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Misc. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
