We allow this application for the reasons stated therein. The error appearing in the operative part of the Judgment in Writ Petition No.110 of 2020, dt.23.9.2020 is inadvertent and clerical and therefore, it is directed that the words "State Board" appearing in the second line of the operative part of the Judgment in paragraph 46 be substituted by the words "State Government". The application is disposed of in the above terms.
