By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of 2025 days delay in filing the restoration application of appeal, which was rejected vide order dated 30.07.2014.

In the application, the applicant has given specific reasons for the delay.

Hence, considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned subject to the costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within a period of three weeks.
