In view of the Commencement Certificate dated 24.06.2019, the relief claimed in the petition cannot be granted in toto.

However, we direct the respondent - Municipal Council to ensure that the private respondent has carried out construction in accordance with the sanction dated 24.06.2019 by physically verifying the construction carried out by the said respondent and such inspection report drawn by the respondent - Municipal Council be made available to the petitioner within a period of ten weeks from today.

The petition accordingly disposed of.
