Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent/ State submit that the caste claim of the petitioner has been decided on 04/11/2020 by respondent and the same has been invalidated.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition and hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to take further recourse of law.
