Learned Advocate for the parties submitted that the matter has been settled before the Mediator. The report of mediation dated 20.06.2023 is on record. Learned Advocates submitted that the matter be disposed of by modifying the order in terms of the settlement. Accordingly, the order of the family Court dated 06.06.2022 awarding the maintenance @ of Rs.10,000/- is modified. Now as per the settlement the monthly maintenance shall be Rs.7000/- per month.

In view of the settlement, the criminal application stands disposed of.
