The applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 5 have filed this application to transfer the amount deposited in this Court to the M.A.C.T. Tribunal, Gondia and permit them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited in this Court as the appeal was dismissed on 04.12.2019. Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to the withdrawal of the amount. It is further submitted that he does not know whether any appeal has been preferred against the said order or not.

Considering the fact that the appeal is dismissed, in my view, the applicants are entitled to withdraw the compensation amount. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount lying in this Court to the Chairman, MACT Gondia, for disbursement. Upon receipt of the amount, the Chairman, MACT Gondia, is directed to transfer it to the bank accounts of the respective applicant nos. 1 to 5, as per the Tribunal's award, within four weeks upon their furnishing of bank account details.
