Heard.

We see no error whatsoever in the impugned order dated 13.2.2014 so as to warrant interference at the hands of this Court. The learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has given sound and cogent and convincing reasons while rejecting the Application for condonation of delay, inasmuch as the delay is almost of 10-years and eight months.

Rejected.
