WRIT PETITION NO. 675 OF 2016 It is the case of the petitioner that while working as Muster Clerk, the similarly placed persons were granted benefit by other Benches of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, however, his claim was turned down. According to the petitioner, the judgment delivered by Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 1683/2021, decided on 12.9.2022 governs and covers the claim of the petitioner.
